Redirecting Other Services
Cleaning companies often come across sections of ductwork which is obstructed by other services making it extremely difficult and, at times, impossible to access the ductwork. Gaining good access is the main problem, sometimes requiring other building services to be redirected to allow the installation of access panels. The main reason why cleaning companies cannot access these areas is mainly due the other services preventing them from installing access panels into the ductwork.
In most cases when new buildings are built, or renovated, the first building service to be installed is often the ventilation ductwork due to its size, then all other building services are installed either beside or underneath it.
